**The role**:
Snooze **Canberra** is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

This salesperson role is on a** full-time** basis.

In this role, you can expect retail hours, which will vary and include regular weekends and public holidays where required.

**What you will bring**:

- A passionate communicator - you know what to say, how and when to say it, and have exceptional listening skills
- Born to sell
- Self-assured, with a genuine, trusting and authentic manner
- Someone with an incredible ability to build relationships with our customers
- Able to work harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own.

Sales experience is preferred however, with a good memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest It’s also helpful if you have a natural interest in creating beautiful bedrooms for our customers.

**You already come with the following**:

- ** Retail experience in big-ticket items is essential**:

- You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like
- The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- Positive energy and the necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required
- The availability to work alternate weekends.
