Through our Cocobella Crew sampling team, we aim to build awareness of our deliciously dairy free yoghurt and refreshing coconut water products get more people trying them

**What will you be doing?**

You will lead a fun team of casual brand ambassadors known as the Cocobella Crew, helping us to build awareness and engagement, drive trial, and educate people about our Cocobella products. You’re someone who is super excited about taking the Cocobella Combi around town and aren’t afraid to show the world how passionate you are about our brand.

**Your day-to-day might look something like this**:

- Regularly chatting to the team, as you’ll be their first point of contact.
- You’ll pick up the Combi, meet the Crew and work across different sampling experiences around Brisbane & Gold Coast - this will include setting up and packing down at events.
- Taking the lead on helping to keep the Combi in working order & looking as fresh as a daisy.
- You will help with rostering the team’s shifts which includes planning the team’s adventures in line with the month’s objectives.
- Your schedule will be dynamic and every day will be different Think iconic hotspots, uni open days, sporting events, fundraisers, health and lifestyle events, and much more.
- At events, it’s up to you to take charge of the day and make sure it runs smoothly.
- You will get to flex your influencer skills, taking Insta worthy snaps of the Cocobella Crew life for our social media team to show off to the world.
- Being Cocobella’s biggest fan, we’ll be relying on you to embody the brand and create unforgettable experiences.
- Giving us the lowdown on what people are saying about us and reporting on the events.
- Keeping a close eye on our sampling stock levels and inventory.

**About you**:
Your friends would describe you as someone who could talk to anyone, who’s full of confidence and a ray of sunshine. You’ll also have the right team lead/supervisor customer-facing experience, skills and attitudes:

- You’re a people person, with previous experience as a team lead in a customer-facing or brand ambassador role (promo experience preferrable), you love interacting with people and they love interacting with you
- You have a valid manual driver’s license with a squeaky-clean record.
- You are energetic, passionate, positive and love being a part of a hard-working, fast paced team. You’re also flexible, organised and calm under pressure - someone we can really rely on.
- You have a can-do attitude and will always put your hand up to help out where you can.
- You’re a true Cocobella fan and live the Cocobella lifestyle through and through.
- You’re able to work at least 2 days per week (6-hour shifts), covering a Monday - Sunday roster, but can be flexible with days/times. Events mostly fall on weekends.
- Most of all, you love the idea of helping to promote our deliciously dairy free yoghurt and refreshingly hydrating coconut water You LOVE Cocobella as much as we do and you genuinely want to be a part of this exciting team, the Cocobella Crew, to bring more Cocobella to more people, more often

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.54 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Sampling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)
