As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Led by an experienced and supportive centre director
The service has been rated as ‘Exceeding’ in all 7 NQS areas
Strong focus on community engagement and developing trusting relationships with families
Has a two outdoor learning spaces to cater to children ages 0 to 6 years old

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
