**Support Workers Needed**

**About Us**:
South West Care Services is a registered NDIS Service Provider. We specialise in providing **In-Home Care** to our Aged and Disability community throughout Sydney.

**To be successful in this Position you will need**:

- Great communication skills with a diverse range of people
- Be able to work autonomously
- Be able to work with people of differing abilities and some awareness of disability issues
- Be able to build strong, supportive relationships with Staff and Participants
- Have a calm, caring and proactive manner

**Must have**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Community Care or similar
- Drivers Licence

**Responsibilities**:

- Personal care (shower, toileting and personal hygiene assistance)
- Meal preparation (assist in cooking food)
- Household tasks (prepare bed and night cleaning)
- Assistance with Community access & Recreational Activities
- Manual handling and/or use of equipment and wheelchair
- Transportation
- Community Access

Applicants without vehicles will also be accepted _provided_ they are able to use Public Transport to provide services to Clients at their premises.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.68 per hour
