Hourly rate negotiable based on experience.

Based in the lovely town of Maleny, this position is permanent part time with potential for full time (minimum 3 days per week part time).

We are looking for a positive, friendly person with a proactive approach. If you have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will add value to our team. As a team we are focused on high-quality patient centered primary healthcare.

You will have a thorough knowledge of reception/customer service, including:
Essential
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, organize, and multitask with good time management.
- Computer skills
- Ability to comply with privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Reliable and flexible.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a patient care focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and show compassion.
- Quick to learn and able to use your initiative.

Advantage
- Understanding of MBS, DVA and private practice billings.
- Best Practice software (Experience helpful but not required)
- Recent experience as medical receptionist
- Current CPR Certificate
- Covid-19 Vaccination (Can be arranged prior to start)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $23.50 - $32.00 per hour
