You will be responsible for defining and implementing the testing approach and strategy for the program, ensuring that testing scope, schedule and quality are clearly defined and managed. You will lead and coordinate testing resources and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and understood. You will be involved in the testing execution, ensuring that the testing deliverables, such as test cases, test data, test results, and defect reports, are produced and maintained in accordance with the testing standards and methodologies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience in managing and coordinating testing on complex projects
- Expertise in creating test strategies with an ability to manage and run testing without assistance (planning/preparation/execution/reporting) and consult on outcomes
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision
- Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating and motivating dispersed testing resources
