We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to join our Utilities team. You will provide support and will work closely with their Business Leaders and lead the Recruitment team to provide support on effective recruitment strategies, critical talent pipelining, advice on market insights & trends and be manage all recruitment related matters

**About the role**
- Lead, coach and develop the recruitment Business Partners
- Partnering with Business Leaders to determine recruitment plans and execute a best practise sourcing strategy for critical/complex roles
- Work across the full recruitment process for senior level, or tough to fill positions.
- Provide support into the tender process and mobilisation of large diverse projects

**What are we looking for you to bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in leading, coaching and managing a team
- Demonstrated strategic talent management experience in a complex business with strong experience in developing talent pools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working within recruitment systems (Taleo preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search and other sourcing tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
