Based north of the Hobart CBD, this role sits within one of Tasmania’s largest energy providers. Due to a maternity leave, there has become a need for support in the Finance team This role will support the Transaction Business Support Team Leader and is a chance to contribute to the team of a respected Tasmanian organisation.

**Your new role**

Processes are your passion Working with a small team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high quality support, while operating within policies across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing cards. You will effectively process debtor receipts, creditors, and debtor invoices, and purchasing card requests. This is an opportunity to step into a progressive organisation, that provides outstanding benefits to its employees.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You’ll have demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar, along with:

- Experience using SAP and knowledge of SAP processes
- High level of attention to detail
- Timely and accurate data entry
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proven ability to deal with high conflict situations
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
