**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our only Australian store in Fitzroy. To be successful in this role you must have experience in skincare or beauty or be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for skincare, you must have a strong capacity to lead a team of up to 5 retail associates, have the ability to work with changing sales targets and be familiar with and have the skills to increase customer conversions.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Supervise all staff within your location and oversee employee relations, sales, merchandising, customer experience and all operational functions
- Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop and staff to maximise sales, profitability and exceed agreed key performance indicators
- Complete scheduling store requirements, while ensuring a fully staffed store at all times
- Manage all operational costs to keep the store profitable and inform the Area Sales Manager of any pertinent issues (petty cash, daily banking, POS System, payment processor etc.). Ensure the day-to-day operations of the store are compliant with the company's requirements
- Execute timesheet adjustments in time and attendance system when needed
- Coach, counsel and provide constructive feedback to all store staff
- Communicate the changing needs of the store to the Area Sales Manager
- Control stock and manage the weekly order of store supplies
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and provide feedback to the Area Sales Senior Manager
- Enforce store policies and procedures are up to company standards and direction
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task a must
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills to coach and mentor employees to success
- 2 + years of people management or work in a leadership role is required
