Dante’s Drouin is on the hunt for a passionate, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and keep the pizza pumping

We’re a fast-paced, high-performing takeaway store known for quality, consistency, and damn good pizza. Now, we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to take charge, get stuck in, and help grow the business even further.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store - managing staff, upholding high product standards, ensuring fast service, and keeping the team culture strong and positive. You’ll also be expected to lead by example on shift, work under pressure, and keep cool when the heat is on (literally).

- Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality or takeaway setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards
- A genuine love for food, people, and getting results
- Availability for nights and weekends (when pizza cravings peak)
