- Grade 5 Registered Nurse

**About the role**

We are looking for an After Hours Supervisor who is flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A Grade 5 Registered Nurse with compassion and empathy, who understand that attitudes are contagious (and who have one worth sharing).

Reporting to the Residence Manager, you will be leading a highly motivated team of Personal Carers and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses. You will oversee comprehensive care in accordance with the individual needs of the clients, implement and evaluate their care plans, maximize ACFI and ensure compliance to the Aged Care Legislation & Accreditation Standards.

You will liaise with clients, families, and medical professionals, and are encouraged to initiate and participate in innovative projects.

**Skills & Experience**
- Have a genuine interest in and respect for the unique personality, history, and values of our clients
- Possess a compassionate, caring, and supportive nature
- Proven experience at a senior nursing/management level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent clinical documentation practice
- In depth understanding and experience with ACFI
- Be committed in ongoing clinical excellence
- Display a relationship centred approach to care and supervision
- Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current police check or willing to obtain
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
