Server/bartender

**About Us**: Noyade Bar and Grill is a cozy, New York-style hidden gem located on Napier Street in Strathmore. Our laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere makes us a favorite destination for both locals and visitors. We offer an exciting mix of classic and contemporary drinks, alongside delicious food served with a touch of flair.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers
- Prepare cocktails and drinks as per the menu and customer preferences
- Ensure the bar and dining areas are clean, stocked, and well-maintained
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Assist with setting up and closing down the bar and restaurant

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as waitstaff or bartender is a plus, but not required
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility with shifts, including nights and weekends

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Strathmore VIC 3041: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
