Sales - Upto 80k Base + Car + Bonuses

We are Aluminium and Steel fabricators making gates and fencing products

We are seeking a VERY self motivated individual to join our family business to service our existing enquiries. With a focus on honesty and professionalism, you will deliver quality options to our customers. You will be based 50% in office and 50% on the road with **_NO weekend work_.**

This role suits someone that loves to not just make a sale, but deliver a quality option backed by our industry leading warranties. All the while gaining your very warm leads directly from us means **_NO cold calling is required_.**

Outside in the field you will be courteous and friendly to all, using your industry knowledge to gather info to be able to supply a quotation.

Your **energetic attitude, drive to accomplish goals and outgoing personality** combined with our marketing / products and price will see you succeeding in this role. **Open ended bonus structure** with more than achievable group targets make this an awesome opportunity for the right sles person.

Duties will include:

- Achieving sales targets
- Maintain a sales budget at required gross profits across a range of customers and product types.
- To assist in project management.

The Applicant

**_Have existing knowledge of the fencing products &/or building industry_.**

Be able to walk onsite & determine the scope of works, map out job, create materials list, extra services and labour requirements.
- Be able to identify issues onsite and problem solve to come to a suitable solution.
- Communicate well with others.
- Computer literacy essential and familiarity with CRM, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Be committed to safe workplace practices.
- Put a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Can work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Bring a positive attitude.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Manual License.

Remuneration: A Base Wage + Super + Group Bonuses + Vehicle + Laptop + Phone (base is in line with experience).

Company holidays up to 4 weeks with minimum two weeks every year across Christmas.
