Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology services the Brisbane metropolitan area and regional areas extending as far north as Cairns and south to Coffs Harbour and provides a range of cardiac investigation & diagnostic services, including Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, Holter Monitoring and ECGs.

**About the Opportunity**:

- Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology_ has an exciting opportunity for a full-time **Patient Services Team Member **to join their team based at **Bowen Hills, Brisbane. **Joining our positive and dynamic team, you will provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls within the Patient Services Support Centre. These calls will include Patient/collection, Account, Warfarin and Mobile Collection calls.

This position involves a rotating roster between **6.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday**, plus involvement in a **Saturday roster. There is also a possibility of a part-time role with the minimum requirement for Part-Time hours being 3 x 7.5hr shifts per week.**

The successful applicant for this position will:

- Proven ability to be multi-skilled / with an understanding of what is required to handle many and varied calls and tasks;
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers;
- A win-win attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, busy Contact Centre;
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment; and
- Proven reliability.
