HR Advisor

Rozelle, NSW, AU, 2039**HR Advisor**:
John Holland CPB Contractors (JHCPB) is delivering the $4.6bn Rozelle Interchange and Western Harbour Tunnel Southern Works construction projects.

Rozelle Interchange is an underground motorway that will provide connectivity under Sydney’s vibrant Inner West and create the Rozelle Parklands, close to 10 hectares of new green space.

We are looking for an experienced to** HR Advisor** to join Rozelle Team.

**The role**:

- The role will incorporate a variety of responsibilities, including:

- Providing generalist HR support to the project team
- Advice, coaching and support to managers to facilitate contemporary HR practices
- Initiating and driving HR initiatives and supporting client groups through periods of organisational change
- Provide support and advice to leaders to ensure participation in performance management initiatives
- Management of project-based initiatives to attract, retain and grow our talented team
- Assisting and managing recruitment activities

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated Business Partnering and Generalist experience within the Construction or Heavy Industry environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office - Word (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), Power Point (Advanced), Outlook (Advance
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- High degree of accuracy in typing, spelling, and grammar
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and high attention to detail
