Care for you at Home is looking for an energetic and professional Office Administrative Assistant to manage the day-to-day needs of our fast-paced offices at Taylors Beach Mon to Fri 08:30am to 4:30pm. The role will include reception, typing, stock ordering, control, and maintenance of internal equipment such as photocopier, phone systems, computer systems etc and daily tasks of an administrative and a clerical nature.

Essential Requirements:

- National Criminal Record Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS worker screening check
- Fully immunised included C19 immunisation (3doses) & annual flu vaccine
- Minimum typing speed 45 wpm
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Problem solving in a fast paced environment
- Time, task and priority management
- Conflict resolution skills
- Current drivers licence

Desirable criteria:

- Experience in aged care/health/ disability
- Certificate III or higher in Office or Business Administration or at least 2 years continuous experience in office procedures and processes.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
