The Role

The Strategy and Data Associate is responsible for supporting the development and embedding of corporate strategy and facilitating the strategic planning cycle. Working closely and supporting the GM Strategy, Director Growth and broader Strategy & Ops teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the GM Strategy and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. COO, CFO, Director of Growth, Logic Health CEO) to prepare recommendations and provide fact-based critical insights to facilitate decision making, as well as support on other pieces of key analyses as required
- Facilitating the execution and embedding of strategic plan, including engagement with relevant junior stakeholders where appropriate
- Supporting the Operational Excellence agenda alongside the Director of Growth
- Supporting the assessment and actioning of performance improvement opportunities, including performance reporting
- Coordinating the evolution of reporting infrastructure from manual Excel-based spreadsheets to automated cloud-based self-service solutions using tools such as VBA, Power Query, and PowerBI
- Maintain oversight of operational reporting and tooling, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, KPIs, systems, and calculators
- Revising management reporting pack and providing early perspective on performance and quick wins
- Developing performance frameworks (e.g. practice segmentation, driver trees, practice scorecard, KPIs for different management roles)
- Identifying and actioning improvement opportunities through data analysis and project management
- Conducting variance analysis of actual KPI performance to budget/forecast as required
- Supporting the assessment and evaluation of greenfield and M&A opportunities

Experience & Attributes
- 2+ Years in strategy & operations, management consulting, or investment banking
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong data and Excel skills. Some VBA experience required and highly regarded
- Exposure to developing PowerBI (or similar) dashboards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with and influence both peers and leadership team members
- Strong project management skills
