4wd Accessory Specialist

**The role**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockists’ customers.
- Preparing the appropriate documentation to complete the sale.
- Helping the team achieve the stores revenue and profit targets.
- Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.
- Stocktake / Warehousing duties.
- Aftersales service/warranty.
- Provide technical assistance.
- Stock ordering.
- A passion for four-wheel drives.
- A very strong customer service ethic, ideally within a retail environment.
- Great follow-up skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
- The drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business.
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
