**My Gateway** has a fantastic opportunity for a 1st or 2nd year carpentry apprentice. Our client, Combined Building Group is a residential building company carrying out work in the Oran Park area.

They are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic apprentice to join their team

As part of this apprenticeship you will gain a nationally recognised trade **Certificate III in Carpentry **along with valuable on-the-job skills.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- All facets of building residential housing.
- Structure and interior building.
- Housing knockdowns and rebuilds.
- House renovations.
- Use of hand and power tolls.
- Some height work (second story builds).
- MUST have a current drivers licence and white card.
- must have reliable transport to get to and from work each day.
- will be physically strong and fit.
- has a genuine interest in the building industry.
- is not be afraid of heights.
- ideally has some prior experience with hand and power tools.
