**The opportunity**
The People & Culture Business Partner will join a high performing People and Culture Team and will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the organisation. Reporting to a highly engaging and inspiring People and Culture Manager, this newly created position is due to growth and ongoing commitments to people initiatives across the Holiday Parks portfolio.
- Influence and impact a high performing organisation and deliver best in industry HR initiatives to a growing workforce.
- Play a significant role in a team focused on creating strong stakeholder engagement and become a trusted partner to the wider business.
- Join the journey as they implement a Human Capital System which will be a game changer for the team and how they deliver People and Culture services across the business.

**About the role**
A true partnership role, the P&C BP will lead the charge to ensure strong collaboration between the development and execution of industry leading HR strategies. An advisory role, this opportunity will see you provide advice across the entire HR employee cycle and ensure the HR strategy reaches the workforce. the people.
- First point of contact for day-to-day operational People and Culture advice
- A trusted business partner to the Managers to build their leadership capability to effectively lead and nurture their teams
- Provide framework and facilitate performance meetings, improvements plans etc
- Coach line Managers and provide assistance into workplace investigations
- Ensure knowledge and working understanding of relevant Awards
- Partner with Learning and Development to support the delivery of high-quality inhouse learning opportunities

- Relevant tertiary level qualifications in Human Resources or related fields is a must
- Minimum of 5+ years HR generalist experience is essential

- Flexibility to adapt and change in fast paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Systems savvy
- Strong influencing skills
