**Key responsibilities**:
This exciting role will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and overseeing the successful delivery of all established programs and ensuring the planning, preparation, and execution are achieved in a timely manner. You will train and manage the Program Coordinator as well as manage team projects.

You will require a strong focus on program delivery, relationship management, and effective communication.
- Manage ongoing reports on the programs and the KPI metrics
- Communicate efficiently to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of programs
- Liaise with the marketing team for content on the success of programs
- Identify and develop new programs
- Build and manage strong relationships and be the first point of contact for program recipients
- Record up-to-date information on Salesforce and ad-hoc administration

**Essential criteria**:

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities
- A positive, energetic, and empathetic nature
- The ability to work as part of a close-knit team, with the skills to work autonomously when needed
- Be proficient with Salesforce CRM or have a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organisational skills, without losing attention to detail
- Previous NFP experience is advantageous
