The role: Retail Supervisor

3-4-day Permanent Part Time X 2

Fixed Roaster

Engadine Nextra: Retail Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Owners in controlling and managing five (5) store KPI's in their store.

These include:

- Sales - driving and motivating store teams to achieve store budgets by providing exceptional customer service.
- Wage control - managing rosters and run sheets appropriately to ensure wages do not exceed wage targets.
- Team Development - recruiting, training/ mentoring and providing feedback to your store team.
- Visual Merchandising/ Store Presentation - ensuring your store is well presented and shoppable to drive sales.

Daily duties of successful applicants may include (but are not limited to):

- Engaging, serving and assisting customers both professionally and efficiently.
- Handling payments including EFTPOS and Cash registers.
- Maintaining, replenishing, and merchandising of stock and product displays.
- Responsible service of lotteries and other soft gambling product
- Opening tasks including OH&S cleaning procedures and register balancing.

**Applicants with News Agency Retail experience and Lotto Skills are preferred.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ENGADINE, NSW 2233: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
