**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator** to join our growing centre.

As our occupancy continues to grow, we are looking for
- An Assistant Educator in our 3-5 year old room

In this role, you will:

- Build **strong relationships** with children, families, and colleagues
- Implement **engaging, play-based learning experiences**:

- Support children's **growth and development** in alignment with the EYLF and QKLG
- Maintain a **safe, inclusive, and positive environment**:

- Work collaboratively with a **supportive team** in a centre that truly cares

**About You**:

- Hold an Early Childhood related qualification (or working towards)
- Have a **genuine passion for early education** and nurturing young minds
- Possess **strong communication and teamwork skills**:

- Have (or be willing to obtain) a **Blue Card, First Aid & CPR certification**:

- Knowledge of the **EYLF, QKLG, and NQS** is a bonus

Pay: $26.85 - $50.04 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
