What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you’ll be the heart of our operations. Your role will include:

- Leading and motivating a team of enthusiastic staff.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Overseeing daily operations, including inventory count, ordering, and store presentation.
- Driving sales while managing budgets and targets.
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met.
- Cultivating a fun, positive workplace culture.
- Preparing our delicious acai Bowls and smoothies
- A natural leader with experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Passionate about healthy living and delicious food.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems (not essential, but preferred).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
