**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- HR/Business qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in an HR position
- Adept in MS Office suite and databases
- Knowledge of current Award and Fair Work Practices
- Contribute to the Work Health & Safety function
- Assist in preparation of company and staff documentation in line with regulatory/legislative requirements
- Strong admin organisation
- Contribute to the development of the People and Culture (HR) department's purpose, visions, and goals.
- Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to influence, lead and motivate people
- Able to use own initiative and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
