We’re looking for a **Reservations Agent** to join our team in a part-time capacity, averaging 15 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional guest service, and wants to contribute to a memorable luxury hotel experience.
- Convert enquiries into bookings while maximising revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and manage special requests and preferences
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless guest arrival and stay
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times

**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**
- Experience in reservations, front office, or a similar guest-facing hotel role
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems (highly regarded)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts including week days and weekends
