**Walks with Olli** has been operating in Melbourne for over 3 years, and we’re looking for a dedicated, long-term team member to join our young, dynamic and passionate team.

We don’t just walk our dogs around the neighbourhood. We specialise in off-lead group adventures that take our dogs to some of Melbourne best off-lead dog spaces. We visit rivers, lakes, beaches, and everything in between. We are committed to providing our dogs with an unparalleled Dog Walking experience.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Leading group walks** in parks and trails
- **Transporting dogs safely** in a company-provided van
- **Engaging with dogs**, reinforcing training, and ensuring their safety
- **Communicating professionally and building a strong rapport** with clients and teammates
- **Cleaning and maintaining**equipment, the van, and dogs after walks
- **Filming and uploading footage** of adventures

**What We’re Looking For**
- **A confident driver** with a valid license
- As we pick up and drop off every pooch, a lot of our day is spent on the road.**:

- A responsible,**reliable team player with an outgoing and confident personality.**:

- Experience handling dogs** (desired but not required)**:

- Physically fit** and able to work in all weather conditions
- We walk for a maximum for 2 hours daily. 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.**:

- Tech-savvy** (comfortable using social media, GPS, messaging apps, and a smartphone)**:

- Someone seeking a long-term role** in a growing business

A current **police check is required**:

- or ability to obtain one if successful

**Role details**:
We are looking for a new team member that has big ambitions for their career. Initially the role will be a casual position with 20-30 hours. There is opportunities for growth into a permanent full/ part-time position.

Hourly rate (Plus super)

**20-**$30.50
**21+ (Adult)-**$32.50

**Hours/shifts**

Monday to Friday availability is essential (20-30 hours per week) with the potential for more.
- **Full day**:

- 8:45 am
- 5 pm
- **Half day**:

- 8:45 am
- 1 pm/ 12:45 pm
- 5 pm

**Location**

We service the **Inner North of Melbourne**- preference for applicants within **20 minutes of Bundoora/ Macleod**as this is the home base and where your day will begin.
