**Position**

As an Operations Support Associate, you will be responsible to assist our operations Managers with a wide range of administration tasks.

You will work in close collaboration with Stock Control and Training Department to assist with effective training practices and accurate stock control records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- General administration duties requested from Operations Managers.
- Assisting Training Department to maintain accurate data of staff trainings.
- Assist stock controller with effective procedures for the procurement and distribution of stock across all food and beverage areas.
- Ensure the department complies with food hygiene, environmental health regulations, OLGR, QPS and QFES requirements. Prior knowledge not compulsory but preferred.
- Cooperate with IT Department on ensuring that all the tills across the venues work effectively.
- Attend and review staff training and development sessions.
- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures in venues.

**Position Requirements**
- Advanced administration, time management and analytical processes.
- Ability to conduct venue audits when requested in order to identify operational discrepancies and training requirements.
- Previous administration experience will be highly regarded.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven knowledge about hospitality industry and venue operations.
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do Attitude and a willingness to learn
- Bepoz or any POS system backend maintenance skills advantageous
