- The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers- An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers- A drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs- The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)- A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment- Experience in a customer-facing role
