**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Certified Sommelier with a proven track record in a high-end, 1 or 2-Hat dining establishment**:

- **Profound knowledge of both local and international wines, with a focus on Mornington Peninsula's varietals**:

- **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and the team**:

- **A passion for sharing your love of wine and enriching guests' dining experiences**:

- **Excellent organisational abilities to manage wine inventory and cellar operations**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Hatted Restaurant: 5 years (required)
