**About the Role**:

- Be the assistant coordinator
- You'll receive extensive training and supportive environment.
- Support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Monday to Friday** 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM 2:15 PM to 6:00 PM + 1 Weekly administration Hours**

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Employee **Working with Children’s Check** valid in the relevant state.
