**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory. We are a registered provider under the NDIS, NIISQ, Insurance Commission of Western Australia and a number of other funding schemes. Our participant case load is primarily complex care associated with participants that have sustained spinal cord and brain injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents.

**The role**:
We are currently recruiting and building our after-hours service, and rather than source an external third-party provider, we are looking to have an internal team that manages this. This role would be facilitated from your home residence and we would provide all of the equipment required as well as thorough training prior to the official launch.

The rostered available shifts include; Monday to Friday (4am - 8am & 6pm - 11pm), Saturday (6am - 2pm & 3pm - 11pm) and Sunday (6am - 2pm & 3pm - 11pm).

Pay rates are: AM - $36.21 per hour, PM - $32.03 per hour, Saturday and Sunday - $41.78 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receiving inbound calls and queries
- Replacing staff members calling in sick with other staff members
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing a full handover at the end of each shift

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Prior experience in a similar after-hours role (ideal)
- Experience within the healthcare sector (desired)
- Comfortable with speaking on the phone to relevant stakeholders
- Appropriate phone manner
- Attention to detail
