**HR Business Partner**

- $75 per hour + super
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join an award-winning HR Team on a 3 month assignment.
**The role**:
To provide strategic and operational Human Resource Management and Industrial/ Employment Relations services and support to management and staff.
**Main duties include, but not limited to**:
- Maintain HR databases and systems
- Build strong working relationships built on open communication
- Negotiate and influence salary expectations
- Provide HR expertise and coaching to leaders
- Lead in resolution of disputes, grievances, disciplinary and other industrial matters
- Implement and review Human Resources policies and procedures
- Work with HR business partners to ensure good practice
- Coordinate and deliver training
**To be considered for the role, you must have or be**:
- Previous experience in a HR BP role
- Certificate 4 or related degree in Human Resources
- Local Government experience (desirable)
- Advanced level Excel
