**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:The Administration Assistant Engineering is responsible for the daily coordination of Engineering Services ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed to the required standard.
- Located in the Engineering Department, Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
- Permanent Part Time position - 3 days per week (48hrs per fortnight) Mon, Tue, Wed, hours 0730-1600
- Providing high level admin support including customer service, contract maintenance and inductions, maintenance requests, asset management, facility security, purchasing and invoicing, maintaining records in relation to these systems and reports as required.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, building relationships with people at all levels.
- Highly competent in IT systems with advanced knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new systems.
- Efficient and effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
