**The Position**:

- Assist with basic vegetable and salad preparation
- Support the kitchen team in a unique environment
- Maintaining food storage and service areas
- Maintain kitchen areas and cleaning of equipment
- Strong awareness of Hygiene and Food Safety Standards

**The Person**:

- No experience necessary - full training and support on the job
- Experience in a commercial kitchen beneficial
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and drive to work autonomously
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Willingness to jump into any task required
