Kitchen Showroom Consultant

We are looking for a showroom store person to work on Saturdays 9:45am-3pm with the showroom open from 10am-3pm.

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service;
- Provide showroom tours to generate leads and book designer appointments;
- Develop a professional relationship with our customers;
- Identify the customers' needs, present relevant product information and guide them toward a kitchen design appointment;
- Enhance brand reputation and future business opportunities via exceptional customer service;
- Ensure our showroom is professionally maintained at all times.

As the first point of interaction with our clients, you will:

- Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them welcomingly;
- Be immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment;
- Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
- Have experience in a showroom/sales environment - any industry
- Have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable working autonomously
- Have excellent computer skills
- Have an organised and efficient working manner with strong administrative skills.

A background in the renovation, kitchen or similar industry would be highly regarded but is not essential as industry-specific training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $38.52 per hour

Expected hours: 5.25 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekends only
