Responsible for the supervision of the Team to maximise revenue and profit potential of all opportunities in balance with excellent customer service.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Coordinate airfreight operations to achieve KPI targets.
- Hands-on approach with your teams, processes and customers
- Handling Import, Export and Domestic Shipments
- Coordinate regular safety meetings and conduct quality review meetings with Staff.
- Ensure that company policies relating to WH&S and QMS are understood and adhered to.
- Recruit and induct relevant staff as required.
- Oversee team activity and provide direction as required.

**Skills and experience**
- A minimum 4 years Export Airfreight experience
- Experience in a similar supervisory role
- Knowledge and experience in Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S)
- Experience of dealing with numerous suppliers.
- Must have a minimum Intermediate level computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Experience with Implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement as well as Quality Management Systems (QMS) will be regarded favourably
- Cargowise experience is desirable.
