**About Us**:
TDM Group Australia is currently seeking motivated labourers looking for long term employment with growth opportunities to join our TDM Pipeline Solutions division. With a focus on servicing local government, water utility, domestic, and private markets, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including CCTV pit and pipeline inspection, drain cleaning, non-destructive digging, and drain relining.

- Previous experience working as a plant/equipment operator in the civil construction and/or commercial landscaping sectors highly regarded.
- Desire to be multiskilled and actively engaged in on-the-job and industry training
- Current Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) drivers licence with a good driving history (essential)
- Strong technical aptitude and industry experience (highly desirable)
- Construction Induction White Card.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adopt new methods in your role.

**Additional Information**:
**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
