Outbound and Fulfilment Manager

We are currently searching for an inspiring leader to join our team at our Sydney Distribution Centre based in Banksmeadow.

**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for ensuring all outbound functions are executed in line with Assembly Label’s brand vision and values.
- Accountable for the effective execution of all wholesale, retail and ecommerce pick-packing, invoicing, deliveries and bookings.
- Accountable for the execution of packing in line with requirements and guidelines
- Accountable for managing a timely cost effective and efficient dispatch process in line with budget.
- Accountable for timely ordering of dispatch materials.
- Accountable for effective people management including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and performance management.
- Accountable for effective allocation of resources to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Accountable for maintaining a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environment at all times in accordance with WHS standards.
- Accountable for driving change and constant improvements on existing business processes, product quality and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Accountable for self-development and career growth.
