About Us:

Connie’s Italian Diner is a part of The Made in The Shade Group that unites venues and services owned and operated by Michael and Zara Madrusan: The Everleigh, Heartbreaker, Connie's Pizza, Navy Strength Ice Co., The Everleigh Bottling Co., and Bar Margaux.

About the Role:
This is a trip back in time, a remembrance of times past when life was simpler and carefree. A little bit of New York and a whole lot of reminiscence.
Connie’s menu has evolved beyond the famous pizzas she’s been known for, into a full Italian Diner that's a whole lot of fun serving up a selection of small and large share plates, pastas, sides, desserts and of course, pizza. It’s a great time that’s all about nostalgia. Want to join the famiglia?
We are looking for bar and front of house staff. Experience is preferred however, we will teach you the skills if you love hospitality, looking after people and want to work in a fun environment. As a part of our fresh team, you will be creating lasting and nostalgic feel-good memories for our guests from behind the bar and on the floor. Think Italian favourites, banquettes and the hustle and bustle of a New York Italian Diner.
Operating hours are Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, and lunch will be held on the leafy terrazza when weather permits.
About You:
- Passonate about the industry and creating a great time for guests
- Experience in a similar calibre venue on the Floor or in the Bar
- Good communication skills and able to follow direction
- A love of learning and having fun at work
