**Sweet Surprises Charlestown** is on the lookout for casual Customer Service Team Members to join our growing team If you enjoy staying active and thrive in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**About the Role**:
As a **Customer Service Team Member**, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience for our customers. We’re after someone who’s genuinely passionate about people and sweet treats

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions
- Restocking shelves and maintaining neat, eye-catching displays
- Keeping the store clean, tidy, and looking its best

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not essential
