This role will be responsible for the development and execution of the brand’s social media strategy including creating, planning and executing highly-engaging, innovative social media content across all organic channels, amplifying Aje’s brand identity.

Creative, with a good understanding of utilising analytics to create better outcomes, this role will take responsibility for planning and distributing content that leads to: exceptional brand presentation, follower growth, reach and directly attributed organic sales growth for key Aje channels: including but not limited to Instagram feed/stories/reels, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Little Red Book and other emerging platforms.

You will bring:

- 4+ years experience within an organic social media-related role with demonstrable result
- Extensive experience in creating highly-engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication
- Strong visual eye
- Analytical, with an ability to analyse data and present results to senior stakeholders
- Fluency in using Google Analytics & social media reporting platforms (ideally Dash Hudson)
- A sound understanding of and passion for the wider fashion world
- A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
- Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind
- A passion to deliver excellent community management
