We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our VIC team to work across our two brands Nick Scali Furniture and Plush. The purpose of this role is to plan and implement merchandising for the Showrooms in order to maximise sales and drive foot traffic. This role will have a focus on our Victoria Region.

**The role is responsible for**:
- Ensure the showroom layout and merchandising is consistent across all showrooms to drive sales
- Use window displays, interior point-of-sale, and special promotions to assist the customer with their buying decision
- Build key working relationships and coach your internal customers; Regional Sales Manager and Sales Consultants
- Complete store stock movements to Company standards and ensure new products are placed in the store in a timely manner
- Clearly communicate floor stock movements to each Store Manager by sending updated and clearly marked floor plans
- Review product sales reports and provide suggested product clearing lists- Experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a similar environment
- Confidence in working with Adobe Illustrator
- A valid Australian Drivers License
- The ability to lift and move Furniture around the Showroom
- A high level of attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong creative flair and effective problem-solving abilities

This role requires you to work across normal business hours Monday to Friday. The successful applicant must have a valid driver's license, have regular access to a vehicle, and be comfortable in travelling to all our showrooms across the state.
