**About the role**:
We currently have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Beauty Advisor to join our friendly and vibrant team on Bridge Road in Richmond. You will be responsible for driving the performance of some of our key categories whilst delivering outstanding customer service and recommendations relating to cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and other ‘over the counter’ products.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Greet and acknowledge customers who enter the Beauty area of the pharmacy
- Deliver a positive customer experience through your advice and assistance on Fragrance, Cosmetics and Skincare products
- Promote and support our key brands in Dior, Erre Due, Lancôme, L’Occitane, ASAPR, Coty & Cosmax Luxe fragrances, Artdeco and Natio
- Organise and ensure displays, including giftware, and in-store promotions are well presented and are appealing
- Oversee and ensure the profitability of the Beauty Department

**Who we are looking for**:
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team and grow their career while providing top-tier service and expert beauty advice to our patients and customers. This role is about driving sales through genuine recommendations—not makeovers or product demos.
- Previous experience in cosmetic, skincare and fragrance sales (Essential)
- Experience in delivering a high level of customer service, with exceptional upselling skills
- Developed organisational skills
- Ability to build customer rapport and trust
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A creative mindset who is not afraid to think outside the box

As our flagship pharmacy site, Slade Pharmacy Richmond supports both hospital patients and the broader community, providing expert advice, a full range of pharmacy products, and access to a state-of-the-art on-site compounding suite.
