Café Cornucopia is excited to expand to Balmain East, a stunning location with direct views of the iconic Harbour Bridge. Located at 58 Darling Street, our new café is set to become a local favourite, offering not only exceptional coffee but also a cozy atmosphere with a breathtaking backdrop. The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee and beverages
- Consistently maintain the highest standards of coffee preparation and presentation
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, embodying our “customer’s best friend” philosophy
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
- Be a part of creating a relaxed yet memorable café experience, with attention to detail in every cup
- Help foster a positive, team-oriented environment

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced café setting
- Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and milk texturing techniques
- Proficiency in latte art and other advanced coffee-making skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing attitude
- Team player who can work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
