A bit about your role

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Enterprise Resilience (Critical Infrastructure Resilience), the purpose of the Manager Enterprise Resilience (Critical Infrastructure Resilience) is to support the delivery, implementation and performance of the Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Framework (CIRMF) as well as support the design, development and implementation of the Enterprise Resilience assurance program.

This role directly enables compliance with obligations and national expectations of nbn as a critical infrastructure owner and operator and influences the readiness of the business to navigate complexity, disruption events and build on a culture of organisational resilience.

The role is pivotal in ensuring nbn remains proactive in meeting public expectations and legislative requirements as a critical infrastructure owner and operator and sits within the Enterprise Resilience team, alongside the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management capabilities; and is part of the wider Strategic Services Group at nbn.

A bit about you

If you are interested in this role, you should ideally have few years of experience in infrastructure management, risk management, assurance, or a similar field. We highly value experience in implementing enterprise-level assurance programs and managing infrastructure risks. Additionally, experience in resilience activities, such as business continuity and crisis management, would be advantageous.

You will have a track record of creating clear and concise explanations and summaries of complex issues, along with demonstrated expertise in planning, coordinating, and successfully executing projects. You possess the ability to analyze complex data and situations to make informed decisions, proactively identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

Collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals and support team success is essential, as is possessing exceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, to manage stakeholders and present comfortably at all levels.
