**The Role**
- The position is casual to commence and includes servicing sites in the Hunter Valley NSW area. We will consider applicants from the Central Coast area.
- This is a physical, hands on role working in accordance to the periodical cleaning schedules for various sites.
- Duties include window cleaning, strip and seal of floors, carpet cleaning, pressure cleaning, general maintenance and grounds work.
- The successful applicant must be reliable, able to work unsupervised and flexible.
- You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability, as well as be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued to meet contract requirements.

**Skills and Experience**
- A strong safety culture and an understanding of Work, Health & Safety
- General cleaning or labouring experience
- Experience with stripping and sealing of vinyl flooring
- Experience in carpet cleaning, high pressure cleaning and window cleaning
- Experience with handling heavy machinery
- Outstanding client service focus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
- Current drivers' licence and must have own transport (Manual licence is preferred)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Be able to provide 3 work related references
- Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. _**We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.**_

**Salary**: $29.40 - $32.93 per hour

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
