Hospitality Allrounders

We are currently working across all sections of the kitchen for Casual & Part-Time hours in our **Medirest Hospitals Sector** including, Food & Beveridge Attendants, Catering Assistants, Baristas & Qualified Chefs and Cooks for our site at **The Chris O'Brien Lifehouse** Preferably we are looking for experience in a commercial kitchen environment, a background in cooking / cold larder with an interest in gaining further knowledge around specialised dietary requirements. The positions will require availability on a rotating roster across 7 days.

**Key Duties**:

- Food handling
- Coffee making
- Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner
- General Café / Kitchen duties as required including service and cleaning
- Always maintain a positive attitude to customer satisfaction

**The Person**:

- A passion for producing exceptionally high-quality foods and delivering exceptional service
- Fantastic Communication skills; both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and within a team, with excellent time management
- A positive attitude with a resilient nature.
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate is desirable
- Previous experience within a similar role within a Hospital environment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow instructions
