**The Venue**:
Our newly opened and recently hatted Greek restaurant, **Ammos**, is located on Level 3 of the Novotel Sydney Brighton-Le-Sands. With 160 indoor and 100 outdoor seats offering stunning views of Brighton Beach, **Ammos** promises an exceptional dining experience. We are open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and feature a traditional woodfire oven along with a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with the latest amenities. **The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised section, including table settings and floor area.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for service, including setting up tables and polishing cutlery and glassware.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

**About You**
- Experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or hatted restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work lunch, dinner, and double shifts as needed.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $37.47 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
