- Sale, rental and management of commercial and personal real estate and mediation in the purchase and sale of companies.
- Accepting and offering real estate and commercial facilities for sale and rent, examining, and advising buyers on the quality of real estate and commercial facilities, as well as terms of sale or lease.
- Advising sellers on sales and marketing matters such as auction sales and open house inspections.
- List, describe and advertise land, buildings and businesses for sale or lease.
- Evaluates buyer needs and finds properties and businesses to consider.
- Evaluation and consultancy on the purchase and sale of real estate and workplaces and the structuring of settlement conditions.
- Collection and deduction of the rent from the tenants and payment of the rent to the landlord in accordance with the contract.
- Follow-up, elimination of non-compliance with rental conditions and collection of rental debts.
- Develop and implement agency work plans, budgets, policies, and procedures.
- May arrange finance, land brokerage, conveyancing, and maintenance of premises.
- Initiate, develop and participate in building sales strategies to grow and win prospects.
- Administer contracts and settlements to manage the client’s expectations all the way to handover and beyond.
- Present tailored investment options through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on investment strategies, minimise tax and reducing debt.
- Adhere and maintain a high-level understanding of Commonwealth and State Property Legislations, procedures, and Code of Practices.

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience and qualification are preferred.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WALLAN, VIC 3756: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
